Terms & Conditions

• By reserving your table or tickets for the Market People Awards 2022 you are committing to attend and therefore pay the applicable amount (complying with the cancellation policy below). Full tables comprises 10 seats and half tables comprise 5 seats.
• You agree for LMF to use your logo in all publicity and promotion in connection with these Awards.
• All payments should be made within the terms of trade on the invoice. 28 days or as otherwise agreed.
• Reservations must be paid for by bank transfer or credit card. VAT is payable in all circumstances.
• Payments made by bank transfer should be made to the account shown on the invoice. Please notify us of the settlement date.
• Cancellation - If you cancel 90 working days or more before the event, 50% of the fee remains payable. If you cancel within 60 working of the event, 100% of the fee remains payable.
• In the highly unlikely event that the MP Awards are cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will find an alternative date/venue, as soon as possible thereafter.
• Special requests, such as dietary requirements, must be notified in writing to LMForums at info@lmforums.com, giving the individual’s name, at least 7 days in advance of the event.
• We regret that if your party numbers decrease, we cannot give a pro rata refund of any fee paid. Where the numbers in your party increase, we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Data protection - Personal data is gathered in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR Regulations. Your information will be maintained on our database and used to register you for this event and/or contact you by email, phone or post with information about other events, products and services. If you do not wish your contact details to be held on our database, then please write to us as at info@lmforums.com LMForums does not share your data with anyone.
